 I love working at Markham Veterinary Clinic for 2 reasons:
Firstly I get the opportunity on a daily basis to use my skill and knowledge to optimize the health and well-being of pets. I know that by doing this, I strengthen and improve the pet’s relationship with the people who love them and keep their bond as healthy and joyful as it can be. Every day presents new challenges making coming to work interesting and very rewarding for me.
Secondly not only do I love meeting and interacting with the people who bring their “furry” family members to me, I enjoy the people I work with. The team at Markham Veterinary Clinic is without a doubt the most dedicated, compassionate group of people I have ever worked with in any hospital or for that matter, any previous job I have ever had. I am proud to be a part of this team, striving to provide the best client service possible. We also have fun doing what we do and genuinely like to be together. Laughter is a regular part of our workplace. Someone once said, “If you love where you work, you will never work a day in your life.” I have discovered this homily to be true.

I enjoy working with such an enthusiastic and committed group of professionals. Every day is different and we all strive to learn new things each day. Every one is so committed to excellent patient care and improving the lives of our patients. MVC is a wonderful, reative environment to work in!
MVC is a well equipped practice with many long term (even second generation) clients whom I have known for almost 20 years. There is a unique practice philosophy in place to promote an enjoyable work atmosphere. Regular continuing education is offered to allow all staff members to keep up to date on advances made in their field. As a veterinarian I consider myself very fortunate to work with such a highly trained and knowledgeable support staff that all care deeply for pets and their families.
I love the atmosphere at MVC. Everyone is warm and friendly. The positive attitude provides a rewarding and fulfilling environment. Everyone treats the pets and clients like their own family. I am truly lucky to be a member of MVC.
I am thrilled to have been welcomed into the Markham Vet Clinic family with open arms. Even with so many diverse personalities, everyone is sincerely respectful of each other’s ideas and opinions. Practicing medicine with high standards is a team effort, and every individual plays an important role in ensuring that our pets and their people are looked after.
