Puppy and Kitten Visits

A new puppy or kitten is a very exciting addition to the family.  Keeping them healthy early in life often leads to good health later on in life.  After being weaned from their mother their protection from infectious diseases starts to decline.  It is at this time that we begin to vaccinate, typically at eight, twelve, and sixteen weeks of age.  A thorough physical examination is performed at each visit to ensure that your puppy or kitten is healthy before administering the vaccines.  We routinely deworm our puppies and kittens as worms and parasites are common and can be a healthy risk to both you and your pet(s).
